It assesses production impact, engages the right teams from 7 enterprise functions across SEV1–SEV3, and drafts communications tuned separately for 3 audiences: plant leadership, enterprise IT and executives. Every draft is held for a person to send — the agent coordinates and writes, it does not declare, resolve or communicate on its own.
