Terms of Service
These terms govern use of gerento.ai. The site publishes AI agent role pages, an index of publicly available food & beverage job postings, and interactive demonstrations. Agent specifications, coverage figures and cost comparisons on this site are illustrative, not contractual. Gerento is not an employer or recruiter and accepts no job applications. Contractual terms for a paid deployment are agreed separately in writing.

1. Acceptance
By using gerento.ai you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that organisation.

2. What this site is
gerento.ai publishes descriptions of Gerento AI agents by role, an index of publicly available job postings, and interactive demonstrations of agent workflows (intake and triage, roadmap, incident coordination and service reviews).
The demonstrations run on illustrative data. They show how an agent behaves; they are not a live view of any customer's systems.
3. Illustrative content, not a commitment
Agent specifications generated from a job posting, time-to-live estimates, coverage multiples and cost comparisons published on this site are illustrative estimates. They are not offers, warranties or service levels. What a deployed agent covers for your organisation is defined in the written agreement for that deployment.
Every agent page states what the agent does not do. Those limitations are part of the description, not a disclaimer to be read around.
4. The job index
Job postings shown on this site come from publicly available third-party sources and remain the property of the organisations that published them. Gerento is not the employer, is not a recruitment agency, does not accept applications and does not act for any hiring organisation. Postings are indexed to illustrate the roles a Gerento agent can cover. Removal requests: support@gerento.ai.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not scrape or bulk-extract the site's content for redistribution.
- Do not submit another person's personal data through the contact form.
- Do not misrepresent the site's output as an employment offer or a recruitment decision.
6. Intellectual property
The Gerento name, brand, site content and agent role descriptions are owned by Gerento and its licensors. Third-party marks, including company names and logos shown alongside job postings, belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only.
7. No warranty
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete or current, that indexed postings are still open, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Gerento is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on illustrative content published on this site.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date shown above is the last revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
